Experience 1 to 2 days in the fundamentals of plant based cuisine with Kelly Mason...

The client(s) gets to observe and play a role in the creation of a number of beautiful, tasty, flavourful and healthy plant based dishes. 

The training covers a vast array of easy to make, nutrient rich, 100% plant based dishes; including a selection of vegan breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts and snacks; demonstrations in fermentation, activation of nuts, seeds, grains and legumes, microgreens and the art of plating each dish.

* Phone consultation for design of custom culinary training

* Pantry stock requirements, shopping lists & custom dishes

* Over 50 original plant based recipes 

*Advisory list of recommended brands for pantry stock 

*Training on a selection of artfully plated, balanced and rich tasty dishes that are all Dairy free (DF) . Gluten free (GF) &Vegan(VG).

*Covering skills to be able to create a number of breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks that suits a healthy, balanced plant based diet

10AM - 12 NOON 

Introduction to the fundamentals of plant based cuisine including; benefits of a plant based lifestyle; plant based pantry set up & support; specialised equipment uses; and key ingredients.

Demonstrations on a selection of plant based dishes for breakfasts & lunches.

1PM - 2:30PM

Fundamentals of plant based processes including; fermentation; activating, soaking and sprouting; microgreens; tips and tricks

3PM-5PM

Demonstration on a selection of plant based dishes for dinners, desserts & healthy snacks.

We Q&A as we enjoy the dishes created throughout the day.
