This is one of the easiest recipes using very little ingredients... Its a totally vegan, GF dish you can make in minutes!





Crispy purple Kale W wasabi yogurt & sesame toasted almonds.

Vegan. GF






INGREDIENTS


* 4-6 stems purple kale

* 1 tsp sesame oil

* Pinch of sea salt





METHOD


1. Break away the kale leaves from the stems


2. Coat with sesame oil and sea salt


3. Place the coated kale under the grill until crispy






WASABI YOGURT


* 3 tbsp plant based greek style yogurt

* 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

* 1 tbsp maple syrup

* 1 tsp sesame oil

* 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

* 1-3 tsp wasabi paste

* A squeeze of fresh lemon

* Pinch of sea salt






METHOD


1. Add maple and ginger to a bowl, then add sesame and rice wine vinegar


2. Lastly add yogurt, wasabi paste, lemon & sea salt


3. Stir








SESAME TOASTED ALMONDS


* 2 tbsp crushed almonds

* 1 tbsp sesame oil

* 1 tbsp maple syrup

* Pinch of sea salt






METHOD


1. Take a bowl and add the maple syrup to coat


2. Then add sesame oil & salt


3. Place pan on medium heat and add coated almonds, gently toast until brown / slightly burnt.








Enjoy totally, completely & with all of your being.
